The Fertile Ground All Inclusive Fertility Program is for women who know their healed and healthiest self if their most fertile self. They are looking for a customized fertility blueprint that merges their everyday lifestyle , their unique hormone markers, and brings seamless support for integration.
She wants a professional all up in every single aspect of her fertility, hormones and mindset— helping her make tweaks, feel confident in every next step, address root causes, covering every aspect for optimization from today, until she brings her baby home.
Here’s what your program will include:

You will start with a private 1:1 session for us to consider your journey in it’s entirety thus far. A time for us to pull out root causes, map out your exact plan and action steps, and ways to start integrating seamlessly so that you can feel great AND move the fertility needle forward daily. Your session is time directly and specific to you, your markers, your journey, and will leave you walking away with CLARITY, hope, and very clear EFFECTIVE action!
Inside the program you receive 4 private 1:1 sessions (1 per quarter). You have the ability to space these out according to your preference.
(1:1 sessions are typically unavailable outside a package like this!)
Between 1:1 sessions, we will have a private 1:1 messaging portal inside the community for on demand communication, literally having an expert in your back pocket!

Inside the program, you receive up to 2 full lab review sessions to be used at your discretion.
Labs are not always needed, however, when they are, you want to be as strategic as possible with them. They are always optional, but if desiring the option, inside the program - we will decide on if and/or when labs may be helpful to support your journey.
The functional lab reviews can include: Hair Mineral Testing, DUTCH Hormone Testing, Full Monty Iron Panel, Zinc Copper Ratios, Biome FX Gut Testing.
You will have access to our ordering capacity and all lab reviews with Dr. Heather are included.
Due to legality, lab costs are not able to be included within the program and prices may vary, ranging from $75 to $350.

You’ll get immediate access to the video teachings. You’ll learn how to finally understand exactly what your body needs and the clear easy steps to make it happen. This will walk you through our method proven to boost progesterone levels naturally and supporting 47% of program enrollees to conceive within 6 months.

I’ll host live coaching twice each month. These will be filled with Q&A, coaching, BBT chart reviewing, and my super power— helping you integrate action steps in the easiest & most effective ways. This is what makes the difference from trying to apply information to having someone in the journey WITH you.

The private community will be a place for support and encouragement with other women going through the program at the same time, plus loads of resources and access to me for additional teaching and troubleshooting.
You will have direct access to me throughout the program inside this community as we track your hormone markers through your BBT chart together and implement specific recommendations based on your body’s needs. We will utilize a private 1:1 messenger app to communicate between sessions.

Hormones 101- understand your body and how it is working to get you pregnant every month so that you can work with it to do so.
Metabolism- your metabolism is driving your hormones & fertility, this is where you learn how to heal it & turn it on and up to become a baby making machine. We’ll uncover if your metabolism is turning your fertility system up to a 10/10 or if you’re hovering at subpar fertility—once we know this, we uncover why and turn the switch UP!
Nutrition- how to eat in a way that’s easy, flexible, and increases fertility while addressing YOUR unique root causes and hormone picture.

How is this different from my other program?
This program is where you need to be if you’re trying to conceive currently, struggling with recurrent pregnancy loss, or experiencing hormone imbalances and plan to conceive in the next 12 months or less.
If you’re familiar with our previous programs, this program is similar in structure but goes beyond repairing the metabolism and hormones. After 47% of clients enrolled experienced conception within 6 months, we dove into EXACTLY what changes led to this, and the all inclusive access was created.
