I spent 27 years of my life never knowing what my hormones were or why they mattered.
For years, my body was giving me signs that it needed me to pay attention to my hormones---

Trying to diets, meal plans, fast promised result programs are missing one piece... root cause. When you look with a holistic perspective, there are a LOT of moving parts that most programs overlook.
